Fourway owns the antenna/radio. If it is damaged in a storm it is our responsibility to repair the connection up to where it connects to your router or computer. The router & other equipment that connects to our internet connection is the responsibility of the customer.
You may cancel your service any time in the first month for ANY reason. You will receive a full refund, both for the installation & service charges. If we are unable to deliver reliable service after the first month, your service agreement can be cancelled, without obligation.
Since we use a variety of technologies to deliver our service, the exact speeds attained at any connection will vary depending on the equipment used to deliver the service. The equipment used essentially falls into one of 2 categories. Line of sight (LOS) and Non Line of Sight (NLOS). Higher speeds & more reliable connections are possible with LOS systems. Fourway always uses LOS when possible. NLOS is used when trees or other obstacles make it impossible to deliver using LOS.
LOS (Line of Sight) connections will peak at aproximately 10 Mb/Second
NLOS (Non Line of Sight) connections will peak at aproximately 3 Mb/Second

Having your own domain allows you to have a web site that people can access by typing www.yourdomainname.com into their web browser. It also allows you to receive email addressed to yourname@yourdomain.com. If you operate a business you should consider registering (or having it registered for you) a domain.
If you choose to register your domain yourself, listed below are the steps involved in the process.
1. FIND A NAME THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH.
There are several websites that can help you find a name that is available & suitable for your use.
2. REGISTER THE NAME.
A name can only be registered once. Even if you don’t have immediate plans create a website, you should register the name so that it is available when you want to use it.
3. ARRANGE TO HAVE THE WEB SITE HOSTED.
You must arrange with an Internet Service Provider to host the website. you can expect to pay monthly fees to maintain the site & there may be a setup fee. these fees typically run approximately $20.00 per month (Fourway’s rate).
The Federal Communications Commission has rules that prevent unreasonable restrictions on the installation of our equipment (antenna). The following is a link to the FCC’s site for details http://www.fcc.gov/guides/over-air-reception-devices-rule#QA
